lifetime member of ISAR and NCGR. Her special interests include classical and medical astrology, and alternative healing modalities. Debra will present
information on the three main rules for surgical elections, with several examples of real life cases to illustrate their application, including the time and date of her own successful kidney transplant. This talk is one she recently presented for the International Society for Astrological Research at their 2009 conference in Chicago.
