The World is a Great Circle, also called the Sacred Hoop or Medicine Wheel. It is the symbol of Mother Earth and of endless time with no beginning and no End where the living world is in balance.

Prerequisite: the ability to journey or meditate to the rhythm of the drum.
What to bring: A blanket, pillow and eye cover. A journal if you want to document your experiences. An open mind.
